Our mission is to advocate for legal access, responsible use, and ethical regulation of psychedelic medicine in Missouri and at the federal level. We collaborate with regulatory agencies, private sector associations, and key stakeholders to establish robust frameworks that ensure patient access and harm reduction. By promoting clinical research, we support FDA Compassionate Access pathways, regulatory approvals, and rescheduling efforts. We champion the legal production and availability of botanical psychedelics while upholding the rights of Native American and other Indigenous communities to access these medicines in accordance with their sacred traditions.
